Fulfilment Time

We’re committed to ensure each order meets our high standards. Upon confirmation of payment, please allow up to 7 business days for ready-made products and 2 to 4 weeks for custom or made-to-order items. Your patience ensures that you receive a product that meets our rigorous criteria.

Each order is meticulously handcrafted with love and thoughtfully packaged for you.

Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email complete with a tracking number in your inbox. If you encounter any issues receiving this email, please check your spam folder or consult our FAQs for guidance.

Please be aware that, on occasion, our shipping team might require additional details pertaining to your address or payment. To ensure timely processing, we recommend checking your inbox for any subsequent communications after placing your order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email providing a tracking link where you can check your parcel’s location. Do note that it may take a couple of days for the information to update. You can always reach out to our customer care if you are worried. 


Delayed Parcel

Please understand that we will not be held responsible for delays resulting from adverse weather conditions, incorrect address information or other carrier-related issues beyond our control.

We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers in regards to reshipments, claims, or lost packages to the best of our ability. 

In the event a package has been lost, missing, or unable to confirm delivery with tracking, we will arrange for a reshipment. Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will not be eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package go missing or arrive damaged, please contact us at info@tirados.co with your order number. 


Customs, Taxes & Duties

Kindly note that any customs fees, taxes, or other charges as determined by your country's regulations are the customer's responsibility. These charges vary based on local laws, and we are unable to provide estimates.

Should a package be returned due to declined customs fees, taxes, or duties, we regret that a refund is not applicable.
