Returns and Exchanges

Our ultimate commitment is to ensure our customers have a pleasant shopping experience with us at Tirados. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase online, please contact our customer care to assist you with any issues you may have.

Return & Exchange Policy 

Should you find your order unsatisfactory, you have the option to return or exchange your product within 14 days of delivery. The order must be in transit back to our office within 30 days from the initial delivery date. To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or another proof of purchase. Note that we do not provide or reimburse for return shipping labels.

Upon receiving the returned items, we will issue a refund for the full product amount. Initial delivery charges made at the time of purchase will not be refunded.

Proof of purchase is required for any return or exchange. You can locate your order number in the initial order confirmation email. Please contact our customer care team for assistance if you are unable to find the order number.

Your order may be ineligible for return or exchange if the product(s):

• Has visible signs of wear or damage.
• Is missing from its original packaging, including any outer sleeves or tags.
• Is a final-sale item (this does apply to items bought with discount codes or during site-wide sales).
• Is a custom-made order.

A few reminders:

• Once your package arrives at our facility, allow 2-3 business days for our team to inspect the items and process your request.
• Qualified returns will be refunded in full, excluding a SGD $6 processing fee. Refunds generally reflect in your bank or PayPal account within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be directed to the original method of payment. If there's been any change in your payment method since the order was placed, please liaise with your financial institution.
• A SGD $6 repackaging fee will be charged for each item returned without its original packaging (like jewellery boxes, cases, sleeves, etc.). Please ensure items are appropriately wrapped and accompanied by all original components to prevent any damage during transit.
